Lets say its Nov., you wake up in the middle of the night, and even under the covers your cold. You get up and in your dream-like half awake stupor you believe you have somehow ,in your sleep, been transported to Antarctica, ether that or you have shrunk and your now walking around in the refrigerator, and the door must be closed because its dark as hell. The freezing cold is quickly bringing you to full alert and you realized that maybe its the heater, it doesn’t seem to be working……

Now I’m not saying to call us at 2:30 in the morning, you can if you want, the phone service will take your call, speak slowly and leave your number. We'll be there first thing in the morning ready to bring aid to your heater and get rid of that blue skin of yours, its not really becoming…..

At Crystal Air we have a well equipped service department and many parts stocked in house, readily available so you don’t have to wait for ordered parts. We also work on a flat rate system, which mean you pay a small diagnostic fee for us to find out exactly what the problem is. Many time if the problem can be repaired right there, we’ll repair it and be on our way with no additional cost to you. If the problem requires a new part, we’ll let you know up front what the problem is and what the cost will be. That way you are informed and wont be paying for a repair by the hour, which in some cases can be quite costly.
